Performance psychology expert
Dr Jo Lukins is a highly regarded performance psychology expert who works with individuals, teams, and organisations to unlock their full potential. Often described as a “psychological Indiana Jones,” she brings curiosity, energy, and deep expertise to understanding what drives success. With a PhD in Psychology and more than 30 years’ experience, Dr Lukins has worked across sport, corporate and education sectors, giving her a unique perspective on high performance. Since 2016, she has played a key role in delivering resilience and performance programs for the Australian Defence Force, supporting personnel to thrive in high-pressure environments.
