Drawing on more than 35 years of frontline leadership experience, she speaks on leadership, communication, generational dynamics and navigating workplace challenges with clarity and self-awareness. Her practical, relatable approach is grounded in real-world experience and a passion for helping managers become purposeful leaders.

Becky is the founder of By Bronte Projects, a Gold Coast-based project management and construction business known for its modern approach to residential spaces. With experience across construction, renovations, interior design and project management, she combines creativity with practical industry expertise. A mother, business owner and DIY enthusiast, Becky brings an authentic perspective on leadership, resilience, ambition and balance.
