After four years as Thompson Sustainable Homes' Colour Consultant and Client Liaison, Carlie was asked to set up and run the Thompson Charity Foundation. As the General Manager, Carlie and the Foundation kicked off 2025 with a launch for Ladies Oaks Day. She ran a high tea and champagne tasting event in November raising funds for Rise 2. The Foundation has already raised over $50k this year for the Sunshine Coast Animal Refuge and Support a Village Community in Vanuatu.
