Matthew has an extensive background in economics, with a particular focus on housing markets and consumer behaviour. He is a Senior Economist at Westpac, where his research helps shape the bank’s economic outlook and policy views. Prior to joining Westpac in 2007, Matthew held senior roles at leading economic consultancies in Australia and New Zealand.
David has an extensive background in law, economics and public policy. He is the Queensland Treasurer and Minister for Energy, responsible for the state's budget, taxation and economic policy. Prior to entering Parliament, David worked in legal and corporate leadership roles in Australia and overseas, and has held several senior portfolios during his parliamentary career.
