With more than 20 years’ experience across the public, private and not for profit sectors – including in the areas of strategy, stakeholder engagement and resilience Ms Koloff has led major programs for local government following the Black Summer Bushfires, successfully negotiated new cross border agreements with all States and Territories and previously held the role of NSW Cross Border Commissioner in the Premiers Department. Ms Koloff is also a small business owner and has owned and operated a number of enterprises including in professional services consulting and hospitality. She has a keen awareness of the challenges of operating a small business and an appreciation of the 24/7 nature of owner-operators environments.
