HIA is pleased to bring State of the Nation to WA, providing a practical update for leaders in residential building and construction.
This flagship event combines policy context and economic insight to support informed planning and decision-making. The program will cover current government priorities, housing policy settings and the economic conditions influencing the residential construction market.
Designed for business owners, general managers, supervisors and decision-makers, the session offers a valuable opportunity to step away from day-to-day operations and gain a clearer understanding of the broader industry environment.
You’ll leave with sharper insight to guide strategy, inform investment and planning decisions, and confidently navigate the economic and policy environment shaping the industry in 2026.
State of the Nation 2026 delivers the clarity and context you need to stay informed, competitive and prepared for what’s next.
