WA needs more homes.

But are we building the right future?

Housing demand remains strong, population growth shows no signs of slowing, and the pressure on WA’s residential building industry continues to grow.

Where will these homes be built? What types of homes do we need? And are we prepared to rethink the way we plan, design and build our communities to get there?

Tim Reardon, HIA’s Chief Economist, will unpack the economic outlook and the global influences shaping housing across WA and Australia.

From there, our panellists will discuss where we go from here. From density and infrastructure to construction methods, affordability and planning, the conversation will focus on what needs to change, what should stay the same and how we deliver the homes WA needs

This isn't just a discussion about today's housing market. It's about the future of housing in WA and the role our industry will play in delivering it.

Don’t miss out and register today.
