Cristina is a leading commercial and property lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, recognised for her strong focus in the building and construction sector.
Her expertise spans all aspects of property law, including acquisitions and leasing, with a particular emphasis on building and construction matters. Cristina regularly advises on construction contracts, project delivery, and risk management, alongside a broad range of general commercial matters.

Dr Mark Giancaspro, Special Counsel – DW Fox Tucker Lawyers
Mark specialises in commercial law with a strong focus on construction and commercial contracting. He is highly experienced in drafting and renegotiating agreements, advising on risk allocation, and navigating consumer protection issues within construction projects.
Through his concurrent role with the University of Adelaide Law School, Mark researches, teaches and presents on these areas, combining academic insight with practical expertise to deliver effective, commercially focused solutions.
