This high-impact mock court session drops you straight into a live courtroom, showing exactly how everyday safety decisions can escalate into serious legal, organisational and personal consequences. Come prepared to be questioned, challenged and held to account, just as you would be in a real proceeding.

HIA is pleased to bring you a unique opportunity to be part of this courtroom simulation facilitated by former police prosecturo, Bruce Whitehead and Employment law lawyer, Chris Radburn.

Speakers

Chris Radburn

Chris has 25 years’ experience as a lawyer, having practised in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Employment Law, Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property.
