Stuart Collins

Senior Executive Director Compliance and Workplace Relations, Housing Industry Association

Stuart Collins is the Housing Industry Association’s (HIA) Senior Executive Director Compliance and Workplace Relations. He has worked for HIA, Australia’s peak industry body for residential construction for 25+ years. During this period, he has held various roles and positions including Workplace Advisor, National Manager of Business Compliance, National Manager of Skills Policy, Executive Director ACT/Southern NSW, Sunshine Coast/Wide Bay Branch Manager and Executive Director Tasmania.

Sally North

Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety, WorkSafe Commissioner

Sally North is the WorkSafe Commissioner in Western Australia. In this role she is the work health and safety regulator for the resources and general industries sectors. Commencing as an inspector, Sally has over twenty years’ experience at WorkSafe in operational and leadership roles.  She is involved in state and national committees and working groups on work health and safety, and has qualifications in chemistry, occupational safety and health, occupational hygiene and business administration.

The Experience Lab

The Experience Lab is a collaborative team of facilitators, experts and actors who specialise in immersive, hands-on learning. Through creative, interactive approaches, they engage participants in real-world scenarios, helping them build and rehearse practical skills, while learning from one another in a supportive environment.

Libby Pracilio

Director, Industry Compliance

Libby Pracilio brings over 20 years of experience in the building and construction industry, with a deep understanding of the regulatory environment shaping it. As HIA’s Director – Industry Compliance, she plays a key role in advocacy and policy, contributing to national and state discussions across workplace health and safety, registration and licensing, home building laws and dispute resolution.

Richard Crafter

Operations Manager and a Senior Occupational Hygiene Consultant

Richard is GCG’s Western Operations Manager and a Senior Occupational Hygiene Consultant, with extensive experience across occupational health and safety and the broader hygiene landscape. He has worked across a diverse range of industries including mining, manufacturing, construction, and oil and gas, supporting organisations to better understand and manage health-related risks in complex operational environments.
