Chelsea is an author, researcher and Winston Churchill Fellow who has travelled the globe examining the barriers and opportunities of diversity. She has been an invited guest of APEC’s Women’s Leadership Forum in Beijing, and attended the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York.

n addition to her writing and media work, Chelsea also umpires AFL football, and was the first woman selected to umpire an AFL Grand Final in 2012. Off the field, she was a key part of negotiations leading to the AFL’s umpire maternity leave policy.

At this not to be missed event, Chelsea will discuss her experiences pioneering the role of women in non-traditional domains, and the untapped potential of driving performance through diversity.

All tickets also include two-course lunch, drinks, networking, and the opportunity to take home some fantastic giveaways.
