Introducing HIA Building You, a new lunch-and-learn series designed to help you build the everyday skills to work, communicate and lead with confidence. Open to everyone across the building industry, each session delivers practical tools you can put to use straight away.
We're kicking things off with Say Less, Lead More: Coaching Conversations That Stick, where Claire Seeber will show you how asking better questions can lead to better outcomes, without adding more to your workload.
In this session, you'll learn how to:

- Use the simple four-step GROW model to guide conversations.
