SA professional services list

A directory of solicitors and other legal professionals who specialise in the building and construction sector in South Australia.

The HIA is often asked by members and consumers to recommend a solicitor or an accountant who specialises in providing advice and services in a particular area which is relevant to a member’s business.

Although HIA cannot warrant the skills of a particular external firm, HIA does maintain the following list of professional services firms who are members of HIA and practice in various areas, including:

  • building and construction law;
  • employment law and industrial relations; and
  • accounting, audit, tax, business and financial advice.

Please note that whilst these firms can discuss your matter with you, they will charge you on a fee for service basis in the event that their services are required.  Be sure to mention that you are a HIA member when you contact any of these firms. The HIA does not favour any one firm. The firms are listed in alphabetical order, not order of preference. All firms listed have extensive experience in construction and contract law and can best assist you in your matter. You can also contact some or all of the firms and discuss those issues of importance to you.
