- Virtual or face-to-face options available (our trainers can present onsite at your office)
- Session facilitated by HIA subject matter experts
- Electronic Statement of Completion issued to each attendee
- If participants are HIA Members, CPD point/s (where applicable) will be uploaded to their HIA CPD diary
