The HIA Awards were presented at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in front of the region’s top residential builders, designers, and manufacturers.
HIA Northern Territory Executive Director Luis Espinoza praised PTM Group’s achievement, saying, “This year’s Home of the Year winner, PTM Group, has delivered an exceptional home that stands out for its bold design, flawless craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Chris Drew was awarded Apprentice of the Year for his dedication to learning and excellence in his trade.
Killarney Homes won Professional Small Builder/Renovator, and Bendella Homes was named Emerging Builder, celebrating the next generation of innovative builders.
Brilliant Kitchens & Interiors took home the Cabinetmaker/Kitchen Manufacturer award, recognising their expertise and craftmanship.
4Kitchens secured both the 2024 HIA Northern Territory Kitchen of the Year and 2024 HIA Northern Territory Kitchen Design awards, as well as being named HIA Northern Territory Kitchen & Bathroom Supplier of the Year. The Queensland Government recently announced the next phase of the ‘Building Reg Reno’ reforms, including various changes under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2025.
