It harmoniously combines function and beauty, perfectly suited for the Northern Territory’s unique climate and lifestyle.”
Mr Espinoza continued, “The home features a striking raw stone accent wall that contrasts beautifully with the sleek, rendered finish of the front elevation. From the open, airy interiors to the seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces, every detail has been carefully considered to create a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.”

4Kitchens secured both the 2024 HIA Northern Territory Kitchen of the Year and 2024 HIA Northern Territory Kitchen Design awards, as well as being named HIA Northern Territory Kitchen & Bathroom Supplier of the Year. The judges were impressed by their innovative approach to kitchen design, blending cutting-edge technology with sleek aesthetics.
The award-winning kitchen features an open-plan layout, maximizing natural light and space. Premium materials, including stone benchtops and high-end cabinetry, were used throughout, with smart technology integrated seamlessly. Touchless faucets, under-cabinet lighting, and modern appliances enhance the kitchen’s functionality while maintaining a sophisticated, timeless look. At the heart of the kitchen is a large island bench, perfect for both meal preparation and socialising. Neutral tones and minimalist finishes complete the space, making it a standout feature in the home.
“4Kitchens has demonstrated their commitment to design excellence and innovation, creating a kitchen that perfectly balances style and functionality. Their success in multiple categories highlights their industry leadership, “ Mr Espinoza added.
“We are proud of all the winners and finalists. HIA members continue to deliver exceptional work, and it’s inspiring to see the innovation and quality produced in the Northern Territory,” said Espinoza.
“The RBA decision to keep interest rates in restrictive territory today will not stop the improvement in leading indicators of future home building,” stated HIA Senior Economist Tom Devitt.
