Over the past week the Victorian government has made several housing announcements, including measures to increase housing supply, release land and establish precinct plans.
“The Housing Industry Association (HIA) welcomes the Victorian government’s announcement to push forward with consideration of changes to make it easier, faster and cheaper to divide blocks and build more homes,” HIA Executive Director, Victoria, Keith Ryan said today.
