Restrictions eased for occupied building sites across Northern Rivers

The NSW Government has announced that from next Monday, 27 September, COVID-19 restrictions for occupied residential building sites, such as renovations, additions and alterations, will be eased to remove the limit on worker numbers for outdoor work currently limited to a maximum of five in regional NSW areas that are subject to ‘stay at home’ restrictions.

Our industry has proven over the last three months that it can operate in a COVID safe manner. The NSW Government has acknowledged these efforts by announcing these important changes today.
