Opportunities for an apprenticeship
TAFE training + industry work placement
Over four weeks of training, you’ll learn:
- work safety practices;
- how to use a range of construction equipment and tools; and
- skills to work in a construction team.
During your four-day work placement, you will:
- gain real, hands on construction industry experience; and
- meet industry employers with apprenticeship and employment opportunities.
Opportunities for an apprenticeship
Complete the program, and you could:
- be offered a bricklaying apprenticeship with your work placement employer;
- be offered other employment opportunities within the residential construction sector; or
- go on to complete further training.
