The National Construction Code (NCC) 2022 will be one of, if not the most substantial amendments to the building code since its inception. This is both in terms of the significance of the changes and the number of amendments across Volumes One, Two, and Three.
The changes will have a major impact on the design and construction of new homes, apartments, and major renovations.
To support the industry in understanding and applying these new requirements HIA has developed dedicated training sessions on the NCC Livable Housing Provisions and Waterproofing Changes.
The training will assist members with the skills and knowledge required to access, interpret and apply the NCC provisions.
