{{ tag.label }} {{ tag.label }} $vuetify.icons.faTimes

NCC 2022’s new updates for New South Wales have a staggered roll-out across 2023. Starting in May, with major updates in October, the state-specific changes to NCC are substantial.

The NSW variations to the national building code will not only affect new projects but those currently underway. Keeping an eye on these are critical, as they cover everything from livable housing, pool fencing and energy efficiency to music venue provisions.

We’ve put together a detailed summary of the NSW NCC 2022 timeline to help you get a quick overview of what’s happening, when. We also cover changes like the shift from the BASIX SEPP to the Sustainable Building SEPP. We will continue to support you with more expert-led resources in future on this topic, but this article is a great place to start.
