New DTS cladding alternative – Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)
EIFS cladding systems can now be used through a Deemed-to-Satisfy pathway under NCC 2025, thanks to the new reference to AS 5346:2023. Prior to this, EIFS generally required a Performance Solution.
