Did you know that building professionals performing construction work are entitled to long service leave if they’ve worked in the industry for seven years? It does not matter if they have had a range of employers, this policy still applies.
Here you will find out what you need to know (and your legal responsibilities) concerning Leave Plus, the long service construction fund. The Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1997 (Victoria) dictates that all employers must take part.
