Portable Long Service Leave in South Australia
Construction industry workers are entitled to long service leave even if they move from employer to employer under the SA Portable Long Service Leave (PLSL) scheme. PLSL is unique to the construction industry. It is crucial that employers are aware of their responsibilities under the scheme.
