Winner: Lexpol Group

Transforming this three-level brick home into a breathtaking six-level waterfront masterpiece required real ingenuity and expert craftsmanship. With a 45-metre fall from street to frontage, extensive excavation and rock anchoring were needed to stabilise the build, supported by over 126 rock anchors and 343 square metres of shotcrete. The result is a sophisticated home featuring smart automation, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a cinema room, and a wellness centre. An aluminium-lined curved roof adds architectural flair, while a suspended infinity-edge pool with a glass window appears to float above the water. Every element has been meticulously crafted to maximise luxury, functionality, and the stunning waterfront outlook.
