HIA Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards provide home builders and designers the opportunity to receive recognition, and showcase their work to the broader industry. Winners and finalists not only receive extensive media promotion for their business, they also get the opportunity to promote themselves as an industry leader.

Judging of entries will take place on-site from June to July. HIA staff will contact each entrant to provide a judging date and time. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide details of the inspection time to the home owner.
The following categories are not judged onsite: Kitchen Design, Bathroom Design, Residential Building Designer and Residential Interior Design.
