Course overview
This 3 hour workshop will equip you with the skills and knowledge to effectively negotiate and manage conflict in various situations.
On completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify the causes of conflict
- Consider the impact of the conflict of yourself, your family and your business
- Negotiate and manage conflict within the legislative framework
- Implement effective negotiation skills and techniques
- Identify if outside assistance should be sought, and from where
- Avoid and minimise conflict
- Implement conflict management strategies and utilise conflict management skills
- Follow and effective and effect conflict management process
On successful completion of this short course, you will be issued with a HIA Statement of Completion.
If you register for a virtual course, you will need to ensure you have access to an electronic device with video and audio capabilities to dial into the virtual session.
