Wagga Wagga builder wins big at Australian Housing Awards

Media release
A Riverina business has earned national recognition at the 2025 HIA–CSR Australian Housing Awards, with winners announced on 17 May in Melbourne before a packed audience of industry leaders and home-building consumers.

P.A.H Innovative Construction from Wagga Wagga was named the prestigious HIA Australian Professional Small Builder/Renovator, partnered by Companion Systems.

Founded in 2011 by Paul and Bec Hopper, P.A.H Innovative Construction is a Wagga Wagga-based builder known for delivering unique, high-quality homes on challenging sites. With a strong focus on design, sustainability, and innovation, the company specialises in bespoke builds for families, retirees, and professionals—often on rural or sloping blocks.

Backed by a skilled team and a network of over 70 trusted contractors, P.A.H Innovative Construction offers a client-focused, transparent and flexible building experience that is truly exceptional.

Now operating from custom-built premises, the business continues to lead with a commitment to excellence, industry development, and award-winning craftsmanship.
