No expense has been spared in transforming this large, early ’80's double-brick house into a luxurious family home. Perched high on a hill, the exterior is bold and contemporary, the angular lines and Trimdeck cladding softened with spotted gum shiplap. Full-height glazed doors and windows take full advantage of the breathtaking views over Mount Coolum and Old Woman Island. The interiors are spacious and flooded with natural light, with a double-height raked ceiling punctuated with Velux skylights. Appealing and beautifully finished, this renovation is a true testament to the successful collaboration between builder and client.
