Winner: Finn Dau - Dale Alcock Homes South West
Finn has proven himself to be a reliable, hardworking, and valuable team member, approaching every task with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
He is dedicated, disciplined and self-motivated, often going above and beyond what is expected of him. Finn's active listening ensures he takes the time to carefully consider instructions and asks thoughtful clarifying questions to avoid misunderstandings and errors in his work.
Finn is also an active participant in the community. He is a volunteer firefighter and last year, the captain of a local football club. His contribution is a huge influence on his leadership and communication development.
