Fourth Year

Ty stands out for his reliability, strong technical skills and eagerness to learn. Now in his fourth year, Ty has become a trusted member of his team. Always punctual, well presented, and ready to take on new challenges. He works efficiently, meets deadlines, and maintains a consistently high standard on every job. Ty communicates well with both his team and clients, and isn't afraid to ask questions or clarify instructions. He regularly steps up for overtime and takes pride in his work, viewing extra responsibility as an opportunity to grow. His hands-on skills in roof plumbing continue to develop through real-world experience and additional training, including working at heights, excavator operation and safety officer certification. Ty has contributed to major projects such as the Armadale Train Station and remote jobs in Broome. He plans to attend university after he completes his studies at TAFE. Describing his company as “like family,” Ty credits his workplace with shaping both his career and character. Ty is employed and hosted by Finnigan Group.
