2023 HIA Australian Professional Major Builder

HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards

Winner: Carlisle Homes

Victorian builder Carlisle Homes has the honour of being one of the most highly commended builders in the country following the announcement they are the 2023 HIA Australian Professional Major Builder.

Carlisle Homes has been proactive in combining traditional management wisdom with new age thinking. The business has a strong focus on where it is heading with systems to manage it, along with over 500 staff who are invested in the process.

The judges also noted that Carlisle Homes has adapted to meet the changing needs of how Australians want to live in and use their homes in the wake of the pandemic.

The announcement was made at the 2023 HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards on Hamilton Island on 20 May.

The HIA Australian Professional Builder/Renovator awards are divided into three categories, based on annual turnover. The Professional Major Builder category, partnered by Companion Systems, is awarded to a major home builder which demonstrates commitment to excellence in customer service, business management and leadership.

The prestigious HIA awards program is the ultimate platform to showcase those who excel in building exceptional homes, kitchens and bathrooms, and continues to offer HIA members the opportunity to receive recognition.
