2021 HIA-CSR ACT and Southern NSW Housing and K&B Awards
Winner: MMM Interiors and KTR Construction Managers
This project is an exceptional renovation, taking a home from the mid-sixties to the 2020 era. New features included a new master suite and study, with astonishing views over Canberra. An additional spacious bedroom was added, the existing bedroom expanded, and a sitting/media room for the bedrooms to share, as well as all new expansive robes. All these spaces were fully reinsulated, with new double glazed windows, and a new ducted heating and cooling system added to create an exceptionally comfortable spaces all year round.
