This beautifully designed extension and garden form a cohesive living and entertainment space with uninterrupted views of the garden, tennis court, pool, sunken firepit and cabana. Quality construction was essential for the pool, cabana, and tennis court, focusing on precision and visual appeal which is complemented by the cleverly designed landscaping. An innovative aspect is the use of the tennis court as a flexible lawn and play area, retractable tennis screens and garden beds separate the pool, adding functionality and aesthetics to the space. The landscape design seamlessly integrated with the house extension and renovation, ensuring safety and accessibility while achieving exceptional cohesion. Curved walls and a consistent colour palette extend the house's design into the garden, creating a landscape that invites daily interaction. Judges noted the extremely well put together project and the impressive aspects of design utilised on the site.
