HIA ACT Southern NSW Housing and Kitchen and Bathroom Awards
Winner: Hotondo Goulburn
Introducing the Yering 284 Alternative design for Hotondo Homes Goulburn featuring a unique faade which incorporates a dutch gable to the front and added verandah and enhanced by the ample windows flooding the space in natural light. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom design was customized to include a larger garage with internal access, a gas log fire, an upgraded kitchen, and spacious walk in pantry. Judges noted the interior finishes and how well the design was adapted to clients wants.
