Winner: Benjamin Kozak

Ben is a dedicated and skilled carpenter, drawing on his family's tradesman background and the strong ethical values instilled by his mentors. He is currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Building and Construction with aspirations to launch his own building company. Ben excels in communication, recently taking on responsibilities that involve coordinating with suppliers, sub-trades, and clients, marking a significant advancement in his apprenticeship. His calm demeanour, patience, and theoretical and practical competencies are evident both on-site and in his CIT results. Ben's ability to follow instructions while also suggesting innovative solutions showcases his initiative and critical thinking. A bright future lays ahead for this young tradesperson.
