This 14-storey project comprises of 154 one and two-bedroom apartments designed for durability, liveability and long-term performance. The build reflects a strong focus on longevity, with details such as large-format porcelain tiles in showers, porcelain sheet splashbacks and soft-close joinery chosen to minimise maintenance and extend component life. Generous communal facilities account for more than six per cent of the building, offering residents spaces well beyond standard apartment living. These include communal lounges, co-working spaces, a library, a garden pavilion, landscaped gardens, playground, and e-mobility storage and charging facilities. Smart building systems include app-based keyless entry, integrated parcel lockers and automated corridor ventilation that reduces energy use while maintaining fresh air. The project is fully electric, with a heat pump and storage hot water system engineered to perform in Canberra’s extreme winters, ensuring consistent comfort and efficiency.
