2023 HIA Australian Small Business Management
HIA-CSR Australian Housing Awards
Winner: Jenny Matek, AM Bathrooms + Projects
From day one, the goal of AM Bathrooms + Projects was to complete all projects knowing that the client received a high quality renovation with a professional service. Good management has resulted in well-informed clients during each stage of the process.
Business-owner Jenny Matek has a passion for creating beautiful homes which is matched by her design flair, personable manner, and organisational skills. Importantly, as the business manager, Jenny focuses on making time to work on the business, not just in it. Employing additional staff in their administration team has freed up valuable time for Jenny to continue to focus on the business’ structure, processes, communications and marketing, finances, sales, technical advancements and planning future projects.
