Located near the city, hospital, and amenities, this project maximised the site by building two Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes—one with three bedrooms and a carer’s room, the other a one-bedroom villa with a carer’s room. Spacious living and dining areas promote comfort and ease of movement, while a large undercover outdoor space provides a sheltered area for relaxation and socialising. Accessibility was a key focus, with all entries PWD compliant featuring handrails and kick rails.
The design embraces contemporary simplicity, with vertical timber-look aluminium accents that add modern sophistication. Steel framing ensures strength and cyclone resistance, while lightweight construction and high insulation optimise cooling efficiency and comfort for residents.
