Winner: Latitude 37 Homes
The brief for this Mount Eliza project was to create an idyllic family home that responds to its coastal location. On that count and more, it absolutely delivers. The design has a focus on indoor-outdoor living, with a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, alfresco and pool spaces. Clean lines, light-filled spaces and high-end finishes are among the many other noteworthy features.
