Winner: Carmichael Build
Oriented to the north, this villa is planned to capture light across all levels, with skylights and high ceilings enhancing volume and brightness. The layout is organised around a central kitchen, where travertine stone is used across benchtops, splashbacks and a waterfall island, contrasted with light oak cabinetry. Integrated Fisher & Paykel refrigeration, Smeg appliances, designer tapware and considered lighting underscore the kitchen's contemporary aesthetic. Living and dining areas extend through pillarless sliding doors to a covered alfresco, where the plunge pool, built-in BBQ and bar fridge form an integrated outdoor living zone. The master suite features a walk-through robe and an ensuite with travertine finishes and crazy pave flooring. Additional bedrooms are detailed with oak cabinetry, while a study, powder room and seperate laundry are arranged for functional efficiency. A basement-level garage, storage and lift access provide vertical connectivity across all levels.
