Judging criteria

Projects will be judged according to:

Criteria Points
Quality of workmanship 50
Design effectiveness of the complex and apartments including environmental sustainability 20
Innovation 15
Visual and market appeal 15

Notes:

  1. A residential apartment building is two or more storeys, not including car parking, and containing at least two self-contained dwellings. These projects must be classified as either Class 2 or 3 buildings under the Building Code of Australia.
  2. Where there are other uses within the building, the residential use must be the predominant use.
