Judging criteria
Projects will be judged according to:

| Visual appeal | 20 |
Notes:
- The project may be built in conjunction with the associated residential building(s) or as a separate building project.
- The project may be attached or detached from the associated residential building(s).
- Eligible projects include, but are not limited to, swimming pools, spas, outdoor living areas, outdoor kitchens, landscaping structures or project, recreational/sporting facilities, buildings for special interest activities or a retreat.
