This award recognises excellence in the construction and design of an individual home based on a builder's specified home design, whether marketed via a display home, sales brochure portfolio of designs, website gallery, or similar material for the purposes of repeatable construction.

- Details of the original design the resulting home is based off must be provided with the entry.
- A home cannot be entered into more than one category of either Display Home, Custom Built Home, Project Home or Spec Home. Please select the category that best suits the project.

Previous Project Home winner
An example of the builder’s Linwood series, this home in Howlong seamlessly blends elegance, style and practicality. The symmetrical architecture is inspired by the Federation period, with its complex rooflines, bay windows and intricate verandah detailing. Classic styling continues inside the home: Victorian archways, ornate plaster, picture rails and two-tone wall colouring deliver period charm, and also showcase the builder’s attention to detail. Sustainability was another important consideration for this home, with features including a rooftop photovoltaic system, double-glazed windows throughout and a standalone water supply that offers flexibility between bore and rainwater use. The builder’s attention to detail and passion for their work are clear to see throughout, with intricate details on display at every turn, and all trades completing their work to a very high standard.
