Projects will be judged according to:

Notes:
- A spec home is sold ‘as is’ either off the plan, during construction or at completion.
- The project price for a house and land package must exclude the land price.
- A home cannot be entered into more than one category of either Display Home, Custom Built Home, Project Home or Spec Home. Please select the category that best suits the project.

Previous Spec Home winner
Modern architecture combines seamlessly with natural elements in this stunning home in Mansfield. The sleek black and timber façade immediately sets the tone. The judges noted the builder's high standard of workmanship, with examples including the herringbone flooring, award-winning kitchen and extensive integrated joinery.
