Judging criteria

Projects will be judged according to:

Criteria Points
Quality of workmanship 50
Design effectiveness including environmental sustainability 20
Innovation 15
Visual and market appeal 15

Notes:

  1. A spec home is sold ‘as is’ either off the plan, during construction or at completion.
  2. The project price for a house and land package must exclude the land price.
  3. A home cannot be entered into more than one category of either Display Home, Custom Built Home, Project Home or Spec Home. Please select the category that best suits the project.
