Judging criteria
Projects will be judged according to:

Notes:
- Entries may include a single dwelling, granny flat or secondary dwelling, social housing or community housing.
- Evidence must be provided that the home offers an affordable housing option in the region the home is built and includes features and inclusions which assist to reduce on-going operating costs.
- Where Government Affordable Housing schemes exist in the relevant states, entrants must provide evidence that the project meets the eligibility criteria for that scheme.
- To be eligible, social or community housing developments should include at least one third of homes occupied by households that either meet the state’s definition of affordable housing and/or are allocated to households on the social housing wait list.
