Projects will be judged according to:

Criteria Points
Quality of workmanship 50
Design effectiveness including environmental sustainability 20
Visual and market appeal 15
Innovation 15

Note:

The dwelling may be primarily prefabricated off-site or constructed on-site from modular elements.
