Projects will be judged according to:

| Information and project documentation | 20 |
Notes:
- Builders who enter this award must be responsible for the preparation of plans
- Entrants must upload information on one design including:
a. the design brief and costing
b. how the design brief was achieved
c. the level of client satisfaction with the overall project (e.g. testimonials or references), and
d. plans and photographs. - Site inspections of Residential Design entries will not be undertaken, therefore it is important that professional high resolution images are supplied for judging at the time of entry.
