Notes:
- Entries must provide a brief description of the nominated building project outlining the scope of work by the designer supported with plans, perspectives and client brief with before photos if available.
- Projects can include the design of spaces within a new home or remodelling of an existing home to meet the client’s brief.
- Submissions must advise what work, if any, was contracted by another contractor/builder.

Entries are submitted into the regional awards based on the geographical location of each project:
Hunter Awards
Projects in the HIA-CSR Hunter Housing Awards must be located in postcodes 2250 to 2428 (excluding 2339 - 2348, 2350 - 2361, 2365, 2369 - 2372, 2379 - 2382, 2386 - 2390, 2395, 2396 - 2411, 2424, 2426, 2427).
