Brayden shows an eagerness and motivation that is impressive for an apprentice of his age. He has been a high achiever since school years demonstrated by extra studies completed to prepare himself for his planned future university study. He comes highly commended by his employer and his ambition, competency and dedication has seen him take on supervisory roles, as well as gaining offsite experience working in the office. His commitment to life long learning is outstanding and his ability to clearly articulate his achievements and industry goals impressed the judges.
